The first time I went hear my nail tech was very rude and rushed. I couldn’t hear or understand her the first time so I said pardon me and she yelled at me and treated me like i was incompetent after that. She was very rough and would snatch my hands up. My nails did look pretty good, but I was not offered a drink like other customers. They do pretty good jobs on your nails, just not good customer service (especially for younger people).

My daughter got the "dip" and it completely came off one nail the next day. They told her to come back and they would fix it. She did and I asked them to check the other nails while we were there. They didn't even look at the others and over the weekend 3 more came off. When I called back, they said send her in and they would give her a gift card for the $45 she spent. They used the gift card to fix the disaster they created instead of fixing them properly once and for all and then giving her a gift card for all of her inconvenience. I was very surprised by this, that is usually not the service. She paid for her nails with birthday money, so needless to say she wasn't too happy!
