  I lost 12 lbs in between Thanksgiving and 2 days before Christmas.
  
  Take the challenge:
  I figured if I can do it during this season I can stick to it for good. The challenge will provide you with the road map to a healthier you. They provide the shopping list, the recipes, support group, great trainers and accountability. The training takes place in a group setting and it only takes 30 minutes, 3 times a week doing HIIT exercise. You can add elliptical or treadmill if you wish for better results.
  
  Facilities (Charleston and Mt. Pleasant):
  The Facilities are clean and modern, they have lockers, showers, a room for the HIIT and SMART trainers. The great thing is that once you start the session, you do not have to wait for another person to do your next exercise because you stay in one machine. The system knows what you need to do, guides you on how to do it and even guides you on the pace of the exercise and type of exercise and weight to use (depending on your fitness goal)
  
  Staff:
  Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, they are all ready to assist you with any question you may have. All the trainers are amazing, but Baird is my personal favorite. I trained four times with him and he just knew what I needed. Our sessions were fun, he worked me hard and effective. He pushed me hard but he knew when enough was enough. He was observant to my ques and listened. That made a huge difference in our workouts.
  
  Results:
  Even with back problems, I lost 12 lbs in a month and I am ecstatic! I signed up for a membership and I cannot wait to continue this journey with the guidance of the trainers and all the other resources provided. I was finally able to change the way I eat and stick to the new healthy menu. I used to snack a lot at work and home; and that has changed immensely. I just do not have cravings. I am still a work in progress, and I have a long way to go... but, I am definitely on my way to a better me.
